| If you have found the house of your choice in our files, you can request for more information via the information form. The form you have filled in will be sent to our office automatically. After receiving your form we will provide you the requested informationon as soon as possible. When you are really interested, come visit the project of your choise, without obligation ofcourse. If you want we can arange a stay, free of charge*. During your visit we will give you an extensive guided tour to the projects of your request and, ofcourse, the surroundings. * The costs of your accomodation will be refunded after a purchase. |

What we do for you in case of purchase |
| We give complete support in purchase. This includes: • Negotiation of price. Establishing an option of purchase. • Checking files of land registry, the definitions and payments with the municipality. • Accompany you with the execution of the title deed at the notary. • Arranging a temporary contract of sale (down payment 10% of the purchase price) We also arrange payments for overheads like telephone, water, electricity, community tax, insurances, contributions to the urbanization, etc. If you wish to renovate we negotiate in cooperation with you about the prices, materials, execution, working hours, start of activities and completion. In case of purchasing real estate for the purpose of investment or for a short holiday period, we can be of service to you by making an agreement about letting out your house to the many vacationers or people who hibernate. In short you are not on your own if you are planning to purchase a real estate in Istria. |
